Age Restriction: 16+

Sale Dates: Noon June 28 – noon July 6.

Enforcing Authorisation: State Burn down Marshal

Other Notes: You must be 18+ to sell fireworks.

6. Colorado

Allowed: Cylindrical and cone fountains; ground spinners; torches and colored fire; dipped sticks and sparklers; snakes and glow worms; trick noisemakers and select novelties.

Not Allowed: Firecrackers, aerial devices and audible basis devices.

Age Restriction: 16+

Auction Dates: Varies

Enforcing Potency: Colorado Department of Public Prophylactic

Other Notes: Permitted fireworks may have size and chemical composition restrictions, so make sure you check with your local authorities before using them. Restrictions may vary during wildfire season.

vii. Connecticut

Allowed: Handheld and ground-based sparkling devices that are non-explosive and not-aerial. These fireworks must not contain more 100 grams of pyrotechnic composition per item.

Not Immune: All other fireworks with more than 100 grams of pyrotechnic composition and all novelty items.

Age Brake: xvi+

Enforcing Say-so: Connecticut State Law — Special Licensing and Firearms Unit

8. Delaware

All consumer fireworks are prohibited in Delaware.

ix. Florida

Allowed: Certain devices that emit a shower of sparks upon burning, don't contain any explosive compounds, don't detonate or explode, are handheld or basis-based, can't propel themselves through the air and contain no more than than 100 grams of chemical compounds that spark upon burning.

Not Immune: Firecrackers, torpedoes, skyrockets, Roman candles, daygo bombs and any fireworks containing explosive or flammable compounds.

Age Brake: 18+

Enforcing Dominance: Division of Land Fire Align

Other Notes: Legal fireworks may exist bailiwick to size limitations.

ten. Georgia

Allowed: All consumer fireworks.
